The New Jersey Devils Youth Hockey Club is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization and your donation is tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.  Located in West Orange, New Jersey, the Devils Youth Hockey Club has been serving players aged nineteen and younger since 1988. We are dedicated to creating a child-centered youth hockey environment where youth of all ages and skill levels can learn teamwork, sportsmanship, commitment, self-esteem, discipline and responsibility.

The Sled Hockey Program, established in 1999, is designed to open the sport of ice hockey to children and adults with mobility impairments including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, brittle bone conditions, and amputations.  Players' families are often on a tight budget because of medical and therapy bills, time lost from work, the cost of special equipment, the need for accessible housing, and the burden of long-term care.

The Financial Assistance Program allows families experiencing catastrophic illness, job loss, or other significant financial hardships to keep their children on the ice. Money donated and budgeted for the financial aid program is typically used up each year; however, if there is leftover money it is added to the following year's financial aid budget.  The organization views this as part of its "Hockey is for Everyone" commitment.
